Yahoo smileys in Orkut Scraps

After giving users the ability to insert images including animated gif , orkut has opened a new horizon for all the scrappers. This gives the user ability to put smileys from anywhere on orkut scrapbook including yahoo smileys that most of us love to use.

Though it seem very easy to many, for a common internet user it might not be.
So I will show a step by step guide to put smileys in scraps. I will show it for yahoo smiley only, however any animated gif s will do.

1. Open yahoo smiley page.

2. Right click on any smiley. On the right click menu, click on "Copy Image Location" if you are using Firefox. In Internet Explorer it will be bit difficult. Right Click, go to "Properties" then copy the "Web address" or "URL".
Basically you are copying the web address of the image to your clipboard.



3. Now go to any scrapbook of your friend or yourself. Right click on the text area and click "Paste".



4. There will be an annoying captcha or image verification.

5. Click submit and enjoy :)

Battle of the Lunatics :)

This happened today, I was having a peaceful night even after a real bad viva at the LAB, 'coz after long time I was studying with my full attention. Finished a chapter of Transport Process, then thought of having a gossip with our dear Munshi Da :)... Everything was fine till this moment.

Munshi da seemed loaded, having a chat with our BABA, my friend and munshi's batchmate. Befor going into the details, let me tell you the background story..

Baba and Munshi from the same department and share a great time calling each other big maggus. Frankly speaking, I used to have a great pleasure in enjoying the little tu-tu main-main between the two. So to set the gunpowder into fire I used to tell BABA about how maggu munshi is. In fact, baba's curiosity to know how munshi is studying is amazing!
Anyways, let's come to the point... after coming into the room, I saw that the war has started again, this time initiated by me, the shakuni mama :D

I came to my room, and told BABA how munshi is mugging these days...my mistake, soon my statement was reflected in BABA's gtalk status message, and munshi blocked me. After a few moments munshi came to me and threatened me not to do such thing again, or he would screw me and he wasn't joking for sure. My chin hung! That was a stunning moment.

Seriously speaking, in my life not many people has talked to me in that tone. Such a simple prank makes such a strong disturbance?? I felt bad, really bad about the two. :(

Well, These are the moments when you need to act, rather than thinking..and cursing each other. And thank god, I did that, talked to munshi, and found that he had a bad day, even before the battle against baba...and ya ..such thing happens. I sweared to munshi that I will not cause any battle between the two ex LAB partners, happy ending :)

And guess what the lunatic Munshi, after five moment came to me and said sorry :) probably forgetting the 'peace' we made a few moments ago. :D :P

Busy Days

The days are going by...rather running. With two full time Productions  of BTDS time is really staying away from me..or rather us.
In the mean time there is a great thing :)   For some unknown reason my flickr account has become Pro, for which I have not paid a single penny.
